Founded in 2022, Madelyn's is a women-owned bakery located in the heart of Granville, Ohio that offers gluten-free and vegan baked goods that are both delicious and safe for those with sensitive dietary needs.​

Inspired by her own journey with celiacs disease & lupus starting at the age of 15, Madelyn Fisher is our founder and baker. She uses her love for science and baking to craft incredible treats that redefine what gluten-free and vegan can truly be.

Everything we make is always 100% gluten free & vegan, utilizing a unique blend of whole ingredients. By mixing her own flour blends, Madelyn tailors recipes to each unique item, creating items that are not only gluten free & vegan, but delicious.

We use only the highest quality ingredients, including locally-sourced options whenever possible.
